Use of Personal Data and Document Information
BlueDraft is designed to assist law enforcement officers in drafting professional legal documents, including but not limited to accusatory instruments, search warrants, reports, and policy-related documents. Personally identifiable information (PII), including names, dates, and case details, is processed solely for the purpose of generating these documents within an active user session. BlueDraft does not store or permanently retain PII or case data on its servers beyond the session in which the document is generated. Final documents are prepared for download by authorized users and are not retained or archived by BlueDraft. The platform is configured to prevent the use of PII for model training or any secondary purpose. Officers maintain full authorship and responsibility for all final documents generated through the platform.

Terms of Use

The term "BlueDraft Engine," as used throughout this platform and related materials, refers to BlueDraft’s artificial intelligence (AI)-based document drafting system. The BlueDraft Engine utilizes AI technologies to analyze officer-provided input and generate structured draft content for legal documents, including but not limited to accusatory instruments, search warrants, reports, and policy-related documents. Officers remain the final authors of all documents and are responsible for reviewing, editing, and authorizing any document produced with the assistance of the BlueDraft Engine. The AI technologies used do not retain personal data or case information beyond the active session and are not used for model training or any secondary purpose.
